Our bride Francesca's wedding story

This is our beautiful bride Francesca's story. Francesca chose our stunning Ella dress. A beautiful lace bodice with a flowing chiffon skirt. A stunning combination.

When I got engaged in April 2018 one of the first things I started to look for was my dress, alongside the venue!

From the minute I walked into The Farnham Boutique I knew I had found a special shop. The setting is beautiful…it’s an old building full of character and the staff are wonderful! I was given time and advice and allowed to add alterations to my dress (sparkles and a change to the sleeve length, following advice from the staff who realised what I was liking in each dress I tried), all fittings are done on site and by the staff (and are included in the price you pay – no hidden extras) – this is unusual! It meant I had complete confidence in how my dress would look and my confidence was rewarded in spades! Every fitting was a delight and I was thrilled with my dress…words can’t really do justice to how much I loved my dress!

When it came to my wedding day I had the best day ever! We got married at St Mary’s Church in Send, where I had been christened and confirmed, and then we went to Barnett Hill for our celebration. Everyone on the day and people I have seen since have commented on how beautiful they thought my dress was and I absolutely loved wearing it!

Every part of our wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t change any part of it!
